After completing my studies in Contemporary Greek Language and Literature and Greek Philology at the University of Athens, I worked as a Greek-Turkish translator in Greece and the Greek Islands for many years.

I completed my master's degree in Mediterranean Studies at Adam Mickiewicz University. I still reside in Poland. As a result of my research to learn more about this science, which played a major role in my recovery, I turned my focus to health and energy. I completed my Ayurveda and Wellbeing training in Istanbul. I am currently continuing my Ayurveda education at the American Institute of Vedic Studies.
